The Stamford CFA Society, in conjunction with Sandler Training, LLC, is offering 

a career development session on Saturday, March 27th from 9 am to 3 pm at the downtown Stamford Marriott Hotel.

Participate in small interactive sessions and hands-on exercises to:

• Identify the gaps that are preventing you from achieving your goal 
• Understand why human behavior is important for managing your career 
• Learn what body language has to do with promoting yourself 
• Learn the four personality types and how to leverage this knowledge when communicating 
• Break through your “comfort zone” 
• Network effectively to promote yourself or your business 
• Build a pitch that differentiates you from the pack

As part of this session you’ll complete a questionnaire to learn how others perceive you. Working with those results and a one-on-one consultation with a professional Sandler coach you’ll learn how to:

• Develop a customized plan to build on your strengths and close the gaps 
• Correct behaviors that you were previously unaware of 
• Improve your communication and presentation skills
